I have to say that I am glad the first golf major of the year is over. Not only because the blisters on my feet are starting to heal from all the walking I did during the week, but also a great champion and role model slipped into the green jacket on Sunday. With all the attention that the Tiger fiasco drew the last five months, Phil Mickelson’s third Master’s victory is great for the sport. A family man who’s wife and mother have recently gone through battles with cancer, one couldn’t help but get emotional during his acceptance speech and feel happy for the guy. Good showings by Westwood, Choi, Couples and even the Tiger made for load roars on the back nine on the weekend. Here are a my favorite pics from this Masters I’ve shot for GolfWorld, which has been nothing short of a blast. Special thanks to Director of Photography Christian Iooss and Senior Photographers Dom Fuore, Steve Sjzurlei, and J.D. Cuban for having me as part of their team once again, and to super assistant Danny Pond who tirelessly helped me throughout the week without complaint.
